The enquiry stops getting lost.

We build the website your customers see — then connect it to the software you already run. For UK trades, clinics, professional firms, and independent retailers who are already getting found but losing the work once it arrives.

01 — The problem we name

You're getting found. Then the enquiry disappears.

Three short paragraphs on the leak. We name it because naming it is the start of fixing it.

01

Your site isn't doing its job.

Missing, broken on a phone, a 2019 directory listing, or a brochure no-one updates. Every Google search for your trade in your town either goes to a competitor or lands on a page that loses the lead at the first second.

02

The handoff is manual.

The form fires, the email lands, the phone rings — and then a human has to copy it into the diary, the CRM, the job sheet. People forget. People are busy. People are on a roof.

03

The follow-up is ad-hoc.

No reminder sequence, no "we tried to call", no "thanks for getting in touch". So warm leads go cold by morning.

We close the three leaks. One team, one plan, one phone number when it goes wrong.

02 — What we sell

Three things. One team. No retainer in the first six weeks.

Each one with three lists — what you get, what you bring, what's not part of this — and a number on the page.

ReUp Build ships with a ReUp Connect recommendation — what to wire up after launch, so the site that brings work in doesn't leak it at the next step.

03 — The process

Four stages. You sign off the end of each one.

Stage 01

Understand

2–3 weeks

We read your current site, talk to you for 45 minutes, write up the findings.

Sign-off: you sign off the brief before we design anything.
Stage 02

Agree the plan

1–2 weeks

We propose the build in writing — pages, content, integrations, the price on the first page.

Sign-off: you sign the proposal and pay the first half.
Stage 03

Design + build

6–10 weeks

We design, build, test on real phones, write the content with you.

Sign-off: you sign off the staging site before it goes live.
Stage 04

Launch + improve

Ongoing

We launch, wire up the analytics, hand over the CMS, send a 30-day report.

Sign-off: you own everything on day one — code, content, hosting credentials.
No retainer in the first six weeks. If the site is wrong we want to know early — not in month eleven.
No dark patterns. No fake urgency, no bait pricing, no hidden menus. WCAG 2.2 AA on launch day.
A design kit handed over.So you can keep building without us. No lock-in. No "we own the system".
04 — Templates we've built and studied

Three tiers. Real designs we either built or studied in the open.

The same three tiers we offer: Standard (real CMS, Core Web Vitals, mobile-perfect), Premium Motion (GSAP choreography, custom type, magnetic hovers), and Ultra 3D (Three.js, WebGL, custom shaders). Every card below is either a template we shipped or a study we extracted design DNA from. Filter the tier to see what fits.

05 — Who we work with

Four kinds of UK business.

Tier t1a — Professional

Dentists, vets, solicitors, accountants, surveyors.

Your website should answer the awkward questions before the phone rings — and book the appointment without anyone having to email you back.

"We had four front-desk hours a week back inside a fortnight."
Tier t1 — Trades

Plumbers, roofers, electricians, heating engineers, builders, landscapers.

A site that says what you do, what it costs, and when you'll be there — and a booking form that lands in the same inbox you already check.

"Job enquiries stopped disappearing into the void."
Tier t2 — Beauty & wellness

Aesthetics clinics, skin clinics, salons, therapists.

A site that looks like the clinic — and turns interest into a booked consultation without anyone having to DM you.

"Booked consultations, not DMs at 11pm."
Tier t3 — Retail, restaurant, hospitality

Independent shops, cafés, restaurants, venues.

A site you can update yourself in five minutes — and a booking path that doesn't break when you change the menu on a Wednesday.

"The menu changed on Wednesday. The booking system noticed by Thursday."

If you're not sure which one you are, that's fine — the ReUp Review is how we find out together.

06 — The turn-down list

Things we won't do. (The list is part of the offer.)

The strongest version of ReUp is the one that says no to things that don't fit. This is sales copy — it goes on the contact page, in pitch decks, and (shortened) at the bottom of every proposal.

01

We don't rebuild what already works. If your site scores 75+ and ranks, we'll tell you to spend the money on the van.

02

We don't promise page-one of Google. We do the work that makes page one possible. The rest is the search engine.

03

We don't take on businesses under 12 months old. No baseline, no useful "before" to measure against.

04

We don't lock you into retainers in the first six weeks. If the site is wrong, we want to know early — not in month eleven.

05

We don't hide the price. Every proposal has the number on the first page, with what's in and what's out.

06

We don't run paid ads as a service. If you need ads, we introduce you to a partner we trust.

07

We don't white-label for other agencies. The work is ours. We put our name on it.

07 — Common questions, plain answers

FAQ.

How much does a site cost?

Honest band: £3,400 – £8,400 + VAT for a ReUp Build. Smaller work (single-page sites, review-only) starts at £450 + VAT. We put the price on the first page of every proposal — no quote-on-quote.

How long does it take?

6–10 weeks for a ReUp Build, end to end. ReUp Review is 7–10 working days. ReUp Connect is 2–4 weeks once the build is live.

Do you run ads?

No. We build the site, we wire up the systems, we hand it over. If you need paid ads, we'll introduce you to a partner we trust.

Do you do SEO?

We do the on-page work that makes SEO possible — Core Web Vitals, mobile-first, real content, structured data, sensible URLs. We do not run SEO retainers and we do not promise page-one rankings.

Start with a 15-minute audit.

We look at your current site, name the one thing most likely to be costing you work, and tell you whether ReUp is the right fit. If it isn't, we'll point you to someone who is.
